How to: Print a document without opening it.
Solution:
Select the file to print from the 'File', 'Open...' dialog box. Click 'Commands and Settings' toolbar button.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Open...'. (The Open dialog box appears.)
2) Select the file to be printed.
3) Click 'Commands and Settings' toolbar button.

4) Select 'Print' from the submenu.
5) Select the desired print options.
6) Click 'OK' to print.
